Español: "El Trompo"; símbolo del barrio Peñarol en Montevideo, Uruguay. Ubicado en la esquina de las calles Avda. Aparicio Saravia y Newton, se desconoce su origen, cuando fue instalado, quien lo puso allí o que función cumplía. Hay muchas especulaciones entorno a él; la más popular dice que era un cañón de la época de la colonización española (1765 - 1790).
