Wikinews is a free news source that only uses non-commercial licenses where absolutely vital, such as Olympics and suchlike things where the idiots that run them place restrictive conditions upon press accreditation. It seems this image goes against that spirit; why non-commercial? Why not make it free and place it on Commons? BRS (Talk) (Contribs) 23:55, 1 April 2014 (UTC)
- I have no problem with letting it absolutely free (to Commons), but I can't upload it on Commons, because my IP is the same as someone's blocked IP. I chose that licence only because no other choice was appropriate. You can upload it to Commons. --DavidStefanSK (talk) 00:05, 2 April 2014 (UTC)
