I am convinced that this image is a fake. The location of the fire is quite wrong (it appears to be located somewhere near Reading on this image, way to the south-west of Hemel Hempstead) and a little brightness adjustment shows the smoke to be implausibly dark. I'm now unconvinced that it's fake. I'd interpreted the trail of smoke down to the south-west as the supposed origin of the fire. It now seems plausible that the smoke really did trail down that way from the north. So on balance, it's probably not fake. My apologies. --Colin zr 23:29, 11 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
