[1] is the original. The darker the blue, the greater coverage. Gray would be on the whiter side (less coverage). I removed the legend for the specific purpose of the ongoing incident, more of a style thing. Also note that this map is based on nearly 10 year old information. Also I do not specialize in map making as it was already there for me to use. But if you want to contact the creator, or maybe make an updated one, the the report it was based off of is currently updated as of 2007 (for the 2008 year).
