I think its possible that 59.167.34.132 = User:CitzenBruce based that once the IP stopped editing, CitzenBruce popped in. In addition Citzen's bruce's first edit was to upload an image, supporting the theory he only registered so he could upload an image. The ip wrote [1] "this is an eye-witness report, i collected audio and photographic material at the demonstration". I think that CitzenBruce/59.167.34.132 wanted this photo to be on wikinews, and was willing to contribute it under the cc-by 2.5. Also he contributed other images under gfdl cc-by-2.5 dual license (Image:Sydney-StopTheWar-ElizabethSt-20051105.jpg) (I know this is pretty shaky reasoning.
