I'm about to head out, so don't have time to review right now. However, the image is going to need a fair use rationale before it can be used. It's a weak candidate for fair use because there are perfectly good free images of Bale we could simply use from file and the new image only adds a small amount. Someone removed that image. I've added a file photo. I admit, I like action shots as file photos for play-oriented articles, which imho includes contract articles (since the point of the contract is to arrange future play); I chose this one over others available on Commons because not only does it show just him (some action shots show more than one player, which could be confusing for a general audience), and not only is he in action, but the ball is in action as well. --Pi zero (talk) 14:42, 1 November 2016 (UTC)
