Where, why, how

The story tells a lot, but not how or why the accident occurred. From [1], photo, it looks like a heads-on collision? Location is described as "Major Mackenzie Drive east of Hwy. 27 shortly after 6 a.m." --Gryllida (talk) 00:09, 1 August 2017 (UTC)
