Sacrament Bee[edit]

If the Sacrament Bee source decides to be paywalled, I can provide a copy to the reviewer. —chaetodipus (talk · contribs) 04:50, 14 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Sacrament Bee is accessible as for now, though, had it been paywalled, reviewers do not take, nor should they make this exception to receive a copy from someone else.

Review problem[edit]

@Chaetodipus: I don't see any source stating clearly what the USD 100 bn is going to be used for. Is all of it going to pay USD 600/eligible person? Is "$5 billion in rent relief" a part of it? What about "an additional $1.5 billion in grants for struggling small businesses"? The lede does not make it clear, can you please clarify? Also sacbee says it happened Monday, laist says Tuesday. Can you please add official PR to fix this ambiguity?

@Acagastya: I'm not sure what's with that LAist source, but neither the signing location of L.A. City (rather than the capital city Sacramento) nor the date of signing are corroborated by the others. The date of signing is on the Legislature's website as Monday and the governor's office says he signed Monday night. The $100 billion figure largely seems to be a number pushed by the gov's office, so I'm dropping that. —chaetodipus (talk · contribs) 06:24, 14 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
