The headline seems to indicate that prices just reached the level they were three years ago. I think the author meant that inflation rises to three-year high, not prices. Compare to a stock market rising to a three-year high, meaning the value of the market. --Pmsyyz (talk) 12:20, 12 July 2011 (UTC)
