[edit]- The lede doesn't address basic question when. This can likely be addressed within the purview of a reviewer, at their discretion. [Note: the critical when for newsworthiness is the when of the focus, which here is the Parnorama broadcast.]

Comments by reviewer: I added two sources—one to address the issue of when as User:Pi zero raised. I also added a source for Comic Relief being founded in 1985, which isn't covered in the existing sources but was covered in the Daily Mirror writeup. I feel both of these things are within the scope of reviewer discretion. The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer. |

- A news article is a snapshot in time. Substantive changes to an article can only be made within 24 hours after we publish it. After that, if the article contains an error, we can put a {{correction}} notice on it; but in this case, as I understand it, what you're describing isn't an error, so doesn't warrant a correction. --Pi zero (talk) 17:40, 31 January 2014 (UTC)
