This report is full of hints and innuendo, however I think have properly attributed all of that. Cyprus obviously doesn't want to get caught up in this as they have enough conflict of their own. It could be published "as is" but I am hoping for more concrete facts to emerge shortly. --SVTCobra 03:17, 31 January 2009 (UTC)
