Bhumibol Adulyadej[edit]
The culprit in all of this including the removal of Thaksin Shinawatra is Bhmibol Adulyadej. Thaksin was a successful entrepreneur who pursued sound economic policies, etc. Next, Bhumibol Adulyadej interfered to remove Thaksin for some disprect to the monarch along with a host of other charges against the PM. Envy may have played a part in Bhumibol's decision, too.
Bhumibol is the one who ordered the junta to stage the coup. Now, the junta is weathering the potshots that should be directed to him. No one dares to blame the king for fear of its life, a long jail sentence, beatings, etc.--Blivit 01:59, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
