"and" in headlines[edit]

Just a note, the style guide says to avoid the word "and" in headlines—in most cases, including this one, it can be replaced with a comma. I'm not going to move the article, because it's really a non-issue and we should avoid moving published articles if we can help it, so just consider this a quick heads-up.
