NPOV, cleanup

First off, let me say that I find such articles to be wonderful additions to Wikinews -- it is a pleasure to have a well-researched, through digest of an article here, not just a half-ripped wire story. Please keep up the good work -- your contributions are extremely welcome here.

That being said, there are some serious stylistic and grammatical issues in this article. I've fixed the first half, but I don't have time to do the whole thing tonight. Also, this article seems rather anti-PT. This is a problem. This article needs to have a much more balanced tone, and cover what other observers think, not just what Verja thinks. This article has great potential, but it needs a good bit of work with its style (English usage is a big problem) and its biases.
