Review of revision 4680359 [Not ready][edit]
Revision 4680359 of this article has been reviewed by JJLiu112 (talk · contribs) and found not ready at 04:31, 11 June 2022 (UTC).
Comments by reviewer: Please read past articles and the Style Guide regarding formatting, including of sources, consistent spelling (travelled...but center?), the lede paragraph & first sentence and so forth. It's very difficult to summarise issues with this article, including its lack of categorisation, odd spelling (Emergency, Kavaagh) and way in which information is presented. Please instead regard set precedent. Questions about the above? Ask. If possible, please address the above issues then resubmit the article for another review (by replacing {{tasks}} in the article with {{review}}). This talk page will be updated with subsequent reviews. |

- I notice you find the review 'overwhelming', which I can understand. The article has several key and fundamental issues which prevent it from being published at present. They include what I have specified above. For instance, your decision to incorporate Commonwealth (travelled) and American (center) spelling in the same article, and the fact the three sources provided are formatted incorrectly. I therefore recommend you read past articles and the Style Guide for much-needed counsel. Please do so with the understanding they follow a consistent tone, pacing and standard of spelling and grammar which I have not found extant herein. --JJLiu112 (talk) 00:59, 12 June 2022 (UTC)
Review of revision 4680508 [Not ready][edit]
Revision 4680508 of this article has been reviewed by JJLiu112 (talk · contribs) and found not ready at 03:38, 12 June 2022 (UTC).
Comments by reviewer: I appreciate you taking the time to read my critique. 1. Your lede paragraph is multiple sentences long. It does not include the focal event (Who, what, where, when etc) in the first sentence. 2. No citation for the image, & using dd-mm-yyyy date format. And so on. I'm repeating this ad nauseam now, but all of these issues can be easily resolved just by mirroring existing articles and seeing how they laid out info, how it's presented, what characteristics are and aren't present and so on. And, the Wikinews guides help tremendously, including Write an article and Style guide, which you can find on the left side of your computer screen. Use these aids. I implore it. Questions about the above? Ask. If possible, please address the above issues then resubmit the article for another review (by replacing {{tasks}} in the article with {{review}}). This talk page will be updated with subsequent reviews. |

- @JJLiu112: I've refocused the article as Roske was indicted today. --Ixfd64 (talk) 23:48, 15 June 2022 (UTC)
- Also tagging LivelyRatification (talk · contribs) as she is active. --Ixfd64 (talk) 23:49, 15 June 2022 (UTC)
- @Ixfd64: Should be able to review this, but one immediate issue I can see is the inclusion of the Fox News source, given its fairly slanted rhetoric and (imo) general unreliability/bias on US politics -- would be best to potentially substitute it out with another given it's now not the main focus of the article. - @LivelyRatification: Yeah, I'm not a big fan of Fox either. Give me a moment while I try to look for an alternate source. --Ixfd64 (talk) 23:59, 15 June 2022 (UTC)
- @LivelyRatification: I've replaced the Fox News source with one from the U.S. Department of Justice. The original source also didn't indicate what the suspect had said to the arresting officers. I also removed a statement that was not mentioned in any of the listed sources. --Ixfd64 (talk) 00:05, 16 June 2022 (UTC)
- Thanks, will take a look at this soon. LivelyRatification (talk) 00:07, 16 June 2022 (UTC)

Review of revision 4681198 [Passed][edit]
Revision 4681198 of this article has been reviewed by LivelyRatification (talk · contribs) and has passed its review at 08:20, 17 June 2022 (UTC).
Comments by reviewer: Appreciate the work done to refocus this article after staleness. Some edits were made for style, including one clarifying that Roske wasn't only clarifying a gun, knife, and screwdriver, but otherwise no issues. The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer. |

- This article, as published, suffered from a great deal of overlinking. --SVTCobra 11:34, 5 September 2022 (UTC)
