Missing critical information[edit]

Information provided is incomplete, see [1]. The International Committee of the Red Cross has stated that "it's not very unusual to use phosphorus to create smoke or illuminate a target. We have no evidence to suggest it's being used in any other way." While Human Rights Watch has accused Israel of firing phosphorous shells, as the Red Cross points out, there is nothing wrong with that in an off itself and Human Rights Watch hasn't made a claim of any actual wrong doing.
