Since I've been asked... The above is a snippet from IRC. EBBR is the code for Zaventem airport (more commonly known as Brussels International). There is a timestamp of when the weather conditions were retrieved, then a fairly simple list of basic conditions. Huh?

From -5° Celcius to -5°C? That's the same damned thing; which one of the Fahrenheit measures, which I assume to be correct, actually corresponds to -5°C?
