Made a few little edits as the sources have not confirmed that Iran did anything ; e.g."It's probably done by the main government ISP."

I suppose it conceivably could be some fundamentalist hackers doing this as opposed to the government of Iran. Anyway, although it's short, I think it's ready for publishing; any objections? Neutralizer 17:52, 25 January 2006 (UTC)
