@Unilandofma Hi, please place fresher sources at the top of the list? I would normally do it, but too challenging to do from a mobile device. Regards, -- Gryllida (talk) 10:22, 4 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
Hi! I've amended the page and am just writing to tell you about the awaiting court date part you mentioned. I couldn't find any information that says they're awaiting court or not, so I'm assuming they don't have to. I've added sources to clarify who calls them organizers, as many media outlets call them the organizers of the protests. Unilandofma (talk) 15:16, 5 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
Too late, over 24 hours after publication. Where have you been all this time? See WN:Archive conventions. Gryllida (talk) 18:14, 5 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
I apologize I was busy yesterday and had no time to check the site but yeah I understand. Unilandofma (talk) 07:52, 6 May 2025 (UTC)Reply

Archival note on NPOV issues

Archival note

[edit]

This article was published with known neutrality problems that were not corrected in time. The piece presents the protesters’ and opposition party’s perspectives but omits the police/government view or any attribution for the descriptions of police actions. As a result, the article does not fully comply with WN:NPOV. We should not publish stories with unresolved NPOV issues. Articles must be neutral and balanced at the time of publication.

In addition, the article was published on May 3 and later updated to state the organizers were released on May 4. While factually correct, this handling was inconsistent with our WN:Breaking news guideline, which directs us to cover new developments (such as releases, casualty updates, political reactions) in separate follow-up articles. Once an article is published, it should stand as a record of events as known at that time, with subsequent developments reported in new articles.
