It would be nice if someone could rename this for clarity. I thought the headline was talking about the Michigan, USA cities of Manchester and Chelsea which are nearby eachother. I'd do it but I'm not entirely sure what it's talking about. At first I thought a business (Shawn Wright-Phillips) was moving from Manchester to Chelsea...but then after reading it several times I realised it was talking about sports.
