Convicted of what

Lofi Gurl, I have reviewed the article but found that it does not state what WML was convicted of. Our article does state the fines and restitutions that were levied but it does not clarify the conviction. I believe this is part of the WN:5Ws and therefore critical for clarity.

Once that is added, I can complete the review and publish it.
