As a person who used to be much fatter than I am now, let me be the first to say: what a whiny narcissistic fata--! 195.214.233.225 06:18, 10 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

How come?[edit]

There is very little talk of exercise in her commentary. Perhaps a person's body and how it looks and how it is shaped is not only about eating, but also about not watching too much TV, or working all the time, or sitting and reading (all can be healthy activities), but perhaps -just perhaps- EXERCISE needs to be a valued activity in the same way eating or making poo are necessary activities.

Printable version[edit]

I hope it makes it to the printable version of today's wikinews. Good luck --Kushal one 20:22, 10 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fat is disgusting and always will be.

There is a reason human beings are not attracted to overweight human beings. It goes back to survival of the FITTEST, not survival of the FATTEST. Healthy people live longer and can work harder than people who need to take breaks because they can't walk up the stairs or they need surgery because the extra 100 pounds has finally caught up and they're ACL or LCL has blown. This lady is NOT someone that children need to be listening to.

Basically speaking, this woman is forcing the world to bend for her.

Well listen up lady, Nobody is forcing you to lose weight, but don't expect people to welcome you with open arms.

I would have respected her opinions if she would have stressed the value of being happy with one's self.

Rather, she blames the entire world for not loving, admiring and idolising fat people. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 125.60.240.214 (talk) 16:30, 15 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Not all fat is bad. Brown fat is good fat, and you need some insulation in these higher latitudes!

Wow[edit]

It appears that you judge yourself by Britney Spears these days. Woah. In that case, I guess negligent parents are actually good parents? I don't think so. Get off your arse and lose some weight instead of lazing around doing interviews. 211.26.122.14 22:27, 10 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Health[edit]

DS: How do you respond to the argument that obesity is unhealthy?
KN: I can’t say that is 100% wrong."

Ironic outcome? She has a heart attack.--204.58.123.10 18:21, 11 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Overlapping....[edit]

DS: What is the movement?

KN: It overlaps in a few areas. Size acceptance, fat acceptance, BBW movement.

Yeah, that's not the only thing that overlaps...

KN: I was fortunate enough to be born on January 15th, Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday. He felt nobody should be discriminated against because of the color of their skin, and I extend that to nobody should be discriminated against because of the size of their skin.

What a moron... God forbid you exercise a bit to lose that extra skin. It's not as if MLK could've changed his skin color.

Michael Jackson did. --Brian McNeil / talk 18:01, 10 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

MJ didn't have his skin bleached, the poor guy was suffering from Vitiligo, a chronic disease which alters the pigments on a person's skin.

I'm sure a lot of black people back then would have wanted to be white... But they knew they couldn't.

So MLK arrived, and he fought for what he fought for because he knew that his skin color was something he could not change and that people should accept him for who he was, along with his fellow african-americans, besides, it's not like being black could actually kill you.

This woman on the other hand is fighting for obesity and laziness, and she's promoting suicide just by telling people to conform with her ideas, and yeah, I agree with the above idea, MLK couldn't change his skin color, but this rhino of a woman could lose weight. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 125.60.240.214 (talk) 16:06, 15 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
