Briefs vs shorts

SamPro910, briefs and shorts are two different beasts and may no longer even exist at en.Wikinews. For details on their differentiation, see this recent comment from a long-time reviewer.

Given the very inactive reviewer base we have here at the moment coupled with our unfortunate over-reliance on institutional knowledge, I would offer that the fastest route to publication for this content would be to simply create a single, full article from it.
