Updated the time format to comply with WN:Style, replaced “several limbs” with “both legs” based on sourced information, and corrected the statement about whether the victim was alive when brought to shore. Adjusted the description of beach closures to match source language, converted {{w}} links to local categories where appropriate, and added relevant categories. As contributors gain experience, they are generally desired to become more familiar with core policies and avoid recurring issues such as improper attribution and style guide errors.
