While waiting for review
I scanned this article for style issues so I could test DynamicMarking of EzPR 2025 and found that there is some copy editing that could be done before the article is reviewed. For example;
- "Investigations into the circumstances leading up the incident were said to be under investigation." indicates the investigations were under investigation.
- "... in such close proximity to civilian territory..." The word "such" here could be confusing, i.e., what defines "such close" as opposed to just "close" proximity and is there an acceptable "close proximity" reported? Also, "civilian territory" reads odd. During review, I would rephrase that to something like 'populated areas' or 'communities,' depending on what sources report.
These aren't major issues that would prevent reviewing, just things I noted while testing.Michael.C.Wright (Talk/Reviewer) 14:07, 19 March 2026 (UTC)

Comments by reviewer: A few remarks: 1. Having checked sources, I needed to make some changes, such as "near the neck" and not "in the neck", and the bombing incident was last year (not two years ago). Please check the edit history carefully and let me know if any of my changes were incorrect. 2. I am trying to push towards more exclusive content or more closer follow ups here. Could you please either think of the questions to ask the South Korean Army, or, write a follow up report when the investigations completed and drills resumed? 3. Barely newsworthy as this is nearly 5 days old but I think this is fine to publish. 4. For npov balance, recommend including responses from other sources, i.e., from someone who is not a part of the South Korean Army. This may be done up to 24 hours after the story is published. Overall, this looks great, I appreciate the report!!! The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer. |

- The issue with the article being "barely newsworthy" was due to no wrongdoing on my part, as I completed and submitted the article for review on Wednesday, one day after the focal point event's occurance. I feel I am routinely criticized for this when in reality it takes days and days for anyone to review articles I managed to complete in one sitting. Its not my fault.
