Some editing was done for distance from source, especially on a few paragraphs which also needed attribution. And I had to cut the sentence about the US-Canada summit because it was already dated after new developments (the summit happened). Otherwise good. Heavy Water (talk) 00:16, 29 March 2023 (UTC)
