Feel free to jump in and flesh this out (or go ahead an publish it if you like). When I have a chance, I can provide much more background information on the process, but right now I'm working on help HUD identify these properties, so I was very careful to only provide information culled from published sources. In other words, this could be an "original", but I'm not comfortable talking about the work I'm doing without permissions. I should have posted this anonymously, I suppose...
