In the title. "Trump administration" does not make sense outside the US. And tbh, I have no clue what the headline is trying to say. Write from the perspective of the global audience.

Defeat[edit]

I'm dubious of the assertion that Biden defeated Trump on November 3. (We don't abbreviate months, btw.) Peaceful transfer of power[edit]

If I were reviewing this now (which I'm not; I do need to sleep), a particular point I would be weighing carefully, as I study this article and the sources, is exactly what this process actually does; I've gotten the impression it's not actually a process of transferring power, but rather a process of preparing to do so in case a transfer of power takes place. --Pi zero (talk) 04:58, 24 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Another update: a Trump lawyer plans challenging the certification[edit]

According to the CNBC article, a Trump lawyer announces plans to use whatever it takes, like long and complicated process, to challenge the certification and to ask the General Assembly to select electors before the December 14 Electoral College.
