Wikimedia policy is that our content is either free or fair use, but not under one of these in-between "no derivatives" or "no commercial use" licenses (hence recent pronouncements against CC-BY-NC images [1] and CC-BY-ND text [2]; CC-BY-ND images haven't been debated so far but would likely be treated in the same manner).
