What kind of boat?

I'm guessing they rowed down the Vistula river, which runs beside Wawel castle, perhaps there is an underground tomb there? I'm surprised there aren't any photos of this in the article, It seems odd that the only place they mention the rowing is in the headline. Also, it seems that the rowers were those critical of the president so to allege that the Row was "for Polish president Lech Kaczynski" seems misleading.
Um, "row" can also mean "an argument" [1], not just "to use oars on a rowboat". Nobody's talking about any boat here...
aha, British English at work. Apparently it's pronounced RAU
The original headline "Row over burial site for Polish President" runs like an action verb, like "March over bridge for Human Rights in Yangon"
