Image:Shrinking Cities.gif Needs to have source (url), or it might be deleted. Please write the url for where you got the image on the image description page. Bawolff ☺☻ 23:49, 3 February 2007 (UTC) I found the source myself. In future, please include the source for all images always. Bawolff ☺☻ 02:42, 4 February 2007 (UTC)
Please use more then one source in stories.[edit]
Some sources dissapear after a while, and its better from a prevent bias perspective to have more then one source for stories. see template:single-source for full reasons. Bawolff ☺☻ 11:06, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
Lead article[edit]
it would be nice if the Obama article is expanded to be more than a short briefs, now that it is the lead article. — Doldrums(talk) 17:17, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
accrreditation[edit]
I wanted to apologize for saying incorrect information about the number of edits you had at other projects. I misread the contributions pages. Bawolff ☺☻ 23:02, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
- No need. I should be thanking you for spuring me to figure out how that worked. Thanks--Elatanatari 02:18, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
- By the way, if you want a better edit counter, try http://tools.wikimedia.de/~interiot/cgi-bin/count_edits (gives you a bit extra info, for example here's mine) (slightly outdated (about a month) for the english wikipedia, everything else is about a day and a half behind). Your account will be renamed[edit]
Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Elatanatari. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Elatanatari~enwikinews that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
