Brazilian Mining Dam in Brumadinho Collapses, Leaves More Than 58 Dead

A mining dam in Brazil collapsed this past friday.

A mining dam in Brumadinho collapsed last friday. On January 25, 2019, the tailings dam, owned by Brazilian company Vale and located in , collapsed after a reported catastrophic failure, causing a mudflow to destroy multiple houses, killing at least 58 people in the process, and injuring 23 others. 305 people have also gone missing as a result of the break. After the break, president Jair Bolsonaro sent three ministers in rescue efforts. Two days later, on January 27, a potential second dam break was announced with sirens at about 5:00 AM. As a result, 24,000 people were evacuated.

Google Employees Undercover Ongoing Work on Censored China Search Engine

Description: Although Google announced that it would shut down the censored China search engine project in 2018 after backlash from its employees, new investigations reveal that the project has not been halted.
Full story: Google censored China search engine, project "Dragonfly", was supposedly shut down after Google employees protested against the product. However, when leadership at Google were not clear about ending this project, employees started internally investigating its progress. There are still about 100 employees who are assigned to this project and there have been code changes made, which can mean that the project is still on-going.

Description: One student in a unknow school in Congo was aten by a teacher, because of her belif. Full story: A newly student arrived school in Congo, little her knew that the teacher was had a very strong belif. You see, the student was albino and the teacher belived that alibo pepole was cursed and bad luck so when the student arrived school it got horrible. When the teacher saw the student the teacher went to the student and wanted to say that he wanted to speak to her. The student said yes and then the teacher took the student outside in a closed room and started eating her, nobody heard it. The teacher went back with blood everwere. But it was then discorvied after a hour because of the blood trail.

Kids growing addiction to phones
As we advance in our modern time more and more kids (between the age of 10-16) start having phones. At the age of 13, this is okay, but, when kids of 10 and 11 have phones there starts to become problems. Like cyberbullying, addictions, and self-consciousness. Parents should give their kids phones at a proper age, but also protect them from the dangers of social media and so on.
Lets hope that as phones grow so does responsibility when using one also grows!

- Well... neither project considers Wikipedia reliable. (In my experience, wp not considering wn reliable is predominately a political issue.)
It's also worth noting that writing on the two projects follows different principles; for example, strategy for neutrality is different, approach to documentation is different, attitude toward attribution is different. Full story:On December 8, 2019, Higgins was aboard a private Gulfstream jet flying from Van Nuys Airport in Los Angeles to Midway International Airport in Chicago, where law enforcement officers were waiting for the jet to arrive, as the pilot had notified them while the flight was en route that the jet was carrying guns and drugs.[66] Law enforcement later revealed they found three handguns and 70 lb (32 kg) of marijuana on the aircraft.[67] They also stated several members of Higgins' management team aboard the flight attested that Higgins had taken "several unknown pills",[67] including allegedly swallowing multiple Percocet pills in an attempt to hide them while police were on board the plane searching the luggage.[68]
Higgins then began convulsing and seizing, after which two doses of the emergency medication Narcan were administered as an opioid overdose was suspected.[69] Higgins was transported to the nearby Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was pronounced dead.[70][71]
Higgins' funeral was held on December 13, 2019, at the Holy Temple Cathedral Church of God in Christ in Harvey, Illinois.[72] Friends and family were in attendance, including collaborating artists Ski Mask the Slump God and Young Thug.[73]
