Eligibility edits

Sorry, it's a bit late for me and I misread. I believe it does refer to Wikinews, which is something that we should clarify. Presuming it does mean on Wikinews, I'll change it to specify Wikinews. —Mikemoral♪♫ 10:19, 19 July 2014 (UTC)
