| Description | Tambour Eller, the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers Sacramento District's deputy district engineer for programs and project management, offers her thoughts during a project ribbon cutting in Placer County, California, April 24, 2015. The project saves the county and taxpayer money by connecting a rural area to a larger treatment facility in Roseville, rather than building an entirely new treatment facility. The Sacramento District reimbursed around $4 million to Placer County for project design and construction work on its $14 million Sewer Maintenance District 3 Regional Sewer Project.
