Australia/2009 is not meant as a news article
It is meant as a (dynamic) list of news items for 2009 for use as an archive by Portal:Australia
Coded with a set of DPLs, one for each day (which may make it slower to upload)
Note: Not in category Published (or any other category), so it shouldn't get listed as a news article
Was going to put this page under Portal namespace, but
(1) it wouldn't upload there.
(2) it's not really a portal, it's a news archive for use by a portal
