pov

Maybe i'm imagining things, but seems slightly pov. U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates said Wilson's "efforts and exploits helped repel an invader, liberate a people, and bring the Cold War to a close". Could also be written from another prespective as He armed and trained terrorist groups to make life difficult for the soviets. Article should perhaps try to find something in between.
