For four years now my wife has owned and operated a small flea market business. She makes hand carved candles and puts small toys on the candle. The toys are purchased legally. The candle itself is a common design and not being challenged by anyone. Her competition also puts toys on their candles and have been doing so for approximately 10 years. Now that the Sonny Bono extension has happened Disney is going after us and everybody around disney world. We can't afford an attorney. Were just a flea market business. Most lawyers are afraid to fight disney, and most don't do copyright law. They say ignorance of the law is no excuse. I disagree because some laws have that grey area. Copyright is one of them. Disney lawyers can take an agressive stance at interpreting copyright law, knowing few can afford to fight back. Crush th little people!

Hi, I'd like to write a real article about this incident. Could you please email me?--Eloquence 01:20, 15 Mar 2005 (UTC)
