Almost two day long manhunt comes to an end with the suspect being caught and arrested in Arkansas

Thursday morning a manhunt for a murderer who killed four people has come to an end, with the suspect being caught and arrested in Morrilton, Arkansas. The manhunt for the suspect lasted close to a couple of days before he was caught by Arkansas police. The suspect is tied to the killing of three people in Oklahoma and one in Alabama.

On Tuesday at around 6:30 pm Sequoyah County police went to a call that two people were dead at a place near State Highway 64 and South 4760 Road in Gans, Oklahoma. When police were there, they found a man and a woman who were dead, and they had injuries with death.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation was on the case and said they had a person of suspect. Sequoyah County Sheriff said that the suspect abandoned a truck that was found on Saturday in Sallisaw. Tuesday he did the murders at the Gans location.

Police said that he is known for the May 14 killing of a 62 year old man from a Alcoholics Anonymous place in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The victim was identified. On Wednesday morning, the Arkansas State Police and Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said he was possibly in Morrilton where a vehicle he was tied to was found at a motel.

Later that day, Arkansas State Police said they still thought he was in Morrilton and that he was known to have bought some camping equipment. He was caught in a wooded area south of the Morrilton intersection of University Boulevard and Poor Farm Road.
