The proposed project category page lists individual user projects which are ideas in development; works in progress that you may feel free to join or comment upon. This is a testing area where new ideas may be kicked around to either be better developed or rejected by the comminty. Projects listed here are not official Wikinews project policies or news reporting techniques, but may become so upon further development with community consensus.
