I removed the transclusion of special:oldreviewedpages as its unfortunatly no longer transcludable (see bugzilla:16188), which is kind of sad as it makes sense to have this all on one page (and i'm really unsure what possible secret information that special page could have on it that would be dangerous if it got into the hands of non-reviewers).
