Reason why[edit]
The pilots did not activate the AHRS prior to taxiing and they took off without the AHRS leading into a 270 bank instead of an 180 bank and they saw a mountain trying to pull up but it was too lot and the aircraft disintegrated upon impact leading to the deaths of all 43 on board.
