Looks like --just in time for another election season-- the "oooh... we have a veto power too" party managed to find another [alleged] Mark Foley.

CH2M HILL must be pretty desperate if they are even willing to risk the appearance of something like this.

Random fact: "VECO was responsible for large parts of the spills clean up, hiring 2,500 workers to clean up the environmental disaster."
