To me, this is ridiculous. The job of the CIA is to keep secrets, so why is this destruction even noteworthy?

Nixon resigned

Allowing the Bush Administration to destroy evidence of wrong doing is unconscionable, it undermines the integrity of our Constitution and Bill of Rights. When the Nixon administration was under similar scrutiny, Nixon resigned rather than face impeachment.
