Death Penalty?[edit]

I think the murder conviction is justifiable, but the death penalty? People have done much worse things and gotten only a few years in prison. Anunnakki (talk) 09:58, 8 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

CALIFORNIA FIRE AND THE FOUR DEAD FIREMAN[edit]

AS A FORMER FIREFIGHTER FROM NYC I CAN RELATE TO THE FAMILIES OF THESE DEAD FIREFIGHTERS AND THE WORK THAT THEY DO. THIS INDIVIDUAL DESERVES NOTHING LESS THAN THE DEATH PENALTY. WHATEVER HIS REASON WAS THAT RESULTED IN HIM SETTING THOSE FIRES THAT RESULTED IN FIVE DEATH, COULD NOT BE JUSTIFIED ENOUGH TO WARRANT ANYTHING LESS THAN THE DEATH PENALTY. WE NEED TO SEND A MESSAGE TO THOSE INDIVIDULS THAT THINK THAT FIRES ARE EXITING TO WATCH AND THEY DO NOT THINK OF THE CONSEQUENSES IN SETTING ANY FIRE FOR WHATEVER REASON. I COMMEND THOSE JURORS WHO SAW THE CRIME FOR WHAT IT WAS, WANTON DEISREGARD FOR THE SAFETY AND RIGHTS OF OTHERS.--72.184.224.253 01:12, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
