Absolutely Right

People are so stupid. How can someone supposedly become the President of the United States, without people being concerned about where he was born and who he is? Seriously, go ahead liberals, and give nuclear weapons capable of destroying the world, to someone who can't even PROVE where he was born. I'm sure the Democrats voter lists were full of people who couldn't prove where they were born.

There are a lot more people who WERE ACTUALLY BORN IN THE UNITED STATES who also doubt that Obama is President of Anything, let alone the U.S.A.

nothing but a racist tirade without a shred of evidence

About the time that Iran gets their big bombs and explodes them in the USA, maybe some of these dummies who think Obama is just OK for our President will change their minds. Nobody but a nut case would think that Obama don't need to show his records to be our President.

Dale Dubois (talk)10:34, 19 April 2010

What "big bombs", their pathetic glorified scud missiles. It's a joke to view Iran as a threat, this has all been about geopolitics from the beginning. Anyone who's been paying attention to history would have figured that out by now. In any case Obama has shown his records several times, look it up. It's only paranoid racist whack jobs who think the records were faked (even though they clearly resemble any other Hawaiian vital records from the early 60's). It's funny I don't remember anyone asking Bush or Gore or Clinton or Reagan or Nixon or Ford to show everyone their birth certificates, oh wait... what did they all have in common? Of course, Pale skin! If you want to criticise Obama ( I for one certainly don't agree with many of his policies) please do so on substance. Don't make up lies out of thin air based only upon racism and intolerance.

Maybe Dale should go get his hood and cross and leave real life to people with a mind. The Record of Obama's birth is right there on the page read it if you can even read.

go ahead liberals, and give nuclear weapons capable of destroying the world It appears that when given those weapons, his choice of actions was to sign a new treaty with Russia to significantly reduce the world stockpile and reduce the chances of global annihilation.

I'm sure the Democrats voter lists were full of people who couldn't prove where they were born. You don't need to be born in the United States in order to vote. I'm sure the nativists would prefer it that way, though.

Explodicle (T/C)13:36, 19 April 2010

And why does his not being born there affect his capability to handle nuclear weapons? I'm sure many Africans would be more responsible with nuclear weapons than many Americans; the country in which one is born does not affect their ability, unless you are a deluded racist who gets all their news from FOX.

sadly, It seems that some of the above posters do harbour such feelings.

who does this bloody fool think he is?

he can't be serious...

HaroldWilson'sWar (talk)16:19, 18 April 2010

As I set here reading the news about Obama and some people thinking Obama was not born in the USA and then reading where some people think its perfectly normal for a President to hide all of his records, this makes me wander about lots of people. I for one don't think its a normal thing for a President to hide all of his records and there has to be a reason he is doing it. I think with what Obama has provided to the American people as to where he was born would make lots of people think he might be born elsewhere or he could has been born in the USA, its all about thinking.

As a business owner, would I hire a person who would not provide me with any records what-so-ever. The answer is "hell no" and no other business would either. So now we has a guy running this country that nobody knows for sure who he is because he has provided no records, the kind it takes to get a good job in the USA. Lets put it another way, would you let a person babyset your kids that refused to tell you anything about their past?

Dale Dubois (talk)09:07, 19 April 2010

um.. he hasn't hid them, please read the article.

HaroldWilson'sWar (talk)17:45, 19 April 2010

Reply to HaroldWilson'sWar: This will be my last post. As I see it we have lots of nut cases still thinking that Obama that Obama has showed all of his records. If you my friend think Obama is not hiding his records, you must have been sleeping for the last 2 years.

Dale Dubois (talk)21:12, 19 April 2010

the teabaggers calling the kettle black.... If you have proof that he didn't please show us. Oh, and by the way, why didn't any of you "birthers" ask for Bush's vital records, or Clinton's for that matter? Please spend a little more time thinking things through and a little less time listening to the Murdochian rubbish you hear on Fox News, it's shallow propoganda entirely financed by special interests.

HaroldWilson'sWar (talk)23:05, 19 April 2010

Quote " If you have proof that he didn't please show us". I think you are pulling my leg. Yes he showed a certificate of birth which anyone can get even if they were born elsewhere. But I'm not saying he was born elsewhere, more than likely the dumb Ba$tard was born in the USA. It really don't matter to me where he was born because the fact is that he will go down as the worst President this country ever had.

I just wonder how newsworthy this is - yet another GOP pol turns out to be a birther. The woman who almost was VP is a birther, and that's not news any more so in what sense is the borderline lunacy of a small-town mayor news? Unless of course he decides to run as VP in 2012 like Palin did (she was also a small-town mayor)

Salimfadhley (talk)00:02, 19 April 2010

I had the same thought, though i do find it deeply disturbing.

That confirms it then, you just can't fix stupid.

How much wood would a wood-chuck chuck if a wood-chuck could chuck wood?

Thought process

What can one expect from a man who believes that when a well trained and experienced police officer pull the trigger on his service weapon it results in an accidental killing.

98.212.203.104 (talk)13:11, 18 April 2010

Separate thought process: the President of the United States doesn't need to have been born in America. The President only needs to convince people of that fact. It's really quite a reliable process. If a presidential candidate can't convince enough people of their legitimacy, the candidate won't be elected. Soviet spies taking office isn't much of an issue. Obama can and has proven beyond any normal requirements that he was born in Hawaii. If he wasn't, nothing would change. The only change comes about as a result of perception of his place of birth. The perception that his place of birth has not been proven is rather warped. Warped perceptions are a whole different matter that a presidential candidate can't cater to.

Luckily for McCain, he (also) had ample evidence that he was (not) born in America. Shut up; I know Panama counted on a technicality.
