The closing paragraph is pretty clear that this neighborhood has a rat problem. Close all the restaurants you want, but that is just medicating for the symptoms. What about the problem itself? --65.16.61.35 17:17, 24 October 2008 (UTC)
tradition maybe?[edit]
I know it's the year of the rat but if this is a cultural tradition then next year they should have lots of fresh beef in the restaurant. kytti khat (talk) 17:26, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
