Gulf War Syndrom Does exist - From Iraqi Weapons of MD
[edit]Our soldiers contracted cancer and brain damage from weapons Nancy Polosi and Teddy Kennedy said did not exist!! It is a sad commemtary on our society that politics comes before comes before compassion and care for our military. PerryO206.24.48.1
- you're an idiot. these are not the WMD's the bush admin spoke of to justify invading iraq. - Imind (talk) 01:50, 6 December 2008 (UTC)
- Iraq/Saddam DID have WMD. He used them on his own people. Although he didn't have the stockpile that Bush had claimed, he more than likely still had a few things laying around. There would have been no reason for him to not have had any. DragonFire1024 (Talk to the Dragon) 01:53, 6 December 2008 (UTC)
Iraqi Insurgent had got their hands on WMD's but noting big and used them as IEDs.--66.229.21.217 04:36, 6 December 2008 (UTC)
- the only ones he had, the ones he used on his people, are the ones the US gave him. - Imind (talk) 19:42, 6 December 2008 (UTC)
Toxic exposure not supposed WMD
[edit]Everything I know about this points to toxic exposure as the cause, all sorts of weird interactions of the vaccines with heavy metals. But was it from the depleted uranium tank shells that we were firing, another of our weapons, or something else that ended up being toxic to our forces back in the last justifiable war? 68.210.75.161 05:55, 9 December 2008 (UTC)
Bravo
[edit]Only took them 15+ years, too. A new record! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 204.81.230.186 (talk) 14:25, 9 December 2008 (UTC)
It says right in the article what caused it
[edit]It was the pills they took to counter the effects of anthrax, the government thought that Saddam would use anthrax on them (which we gave him way back when we funded him) so they rushed it and ended up giving their soldiers pills which they knew had caused serious health problems, but they didn't care. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Soapy (talk • contribs) 04:55, 10 December 2008 (UTC)
"Gulf War Syndrome" is without doubt one of the biggest cover ups of all time in the history of mankind! So what are we going to do about it? accept it OR smash the bastards responsible for this heinous crime.
