It would be better if we built the cable and then monitored what the Cubans were doing. Don't we do this with Americans already?

High Speed Internet[edit]

Why not allow the people of Cuba to have access to the Internet, it seems that everyone in the world have access to iy. This would be an amazing change to the Cuban people being able to communicate with their relatives in different countries.
