Why are the oxygen masks not automatically deployed in the cockpit when there is a pressurization problem? Was the copilot not wearing a mask if the flight attendant was trying to revive him? Was was the flight attendant not wearing a mask when he was observed in the pilot's seat? Why is there not recording of the conversations between the plane and operations? ie: the question from the ground about the auto settings for pressurization? or the conversations from the flight attendant and the cockpit after the passenger mask deployment? Are there NO SOP for the flight attendants if there is a deployment of masks that would include a prompt conversation from the cockpit to the crew? and what to do if there is no word from the cabin? The official story has a lot of logical holes in it. Has this copilot or pilot never had a CA warning go off before? The idea that a whole crew could have a lack of pressurization and not know it or respond correctly seems impossible!
