Finland has doctors?

Is this true? I thought that Finland was a patch of ice in the north sea. How can they have advanced operational gear on a patch of floating ice?

Yes, it's a patch of floating ice that moves around by means of flexible fins, that's why it's called "Fin-land" The fins however are cutting-edge technology, they're composed of a bio-mechanical material with a core of carbon-fiber nanotubes
